expertech are seeking a highly skilled mid-level front end engineer to join a nimble development team and enhance Greenfield and existing platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated, proactive developer with strong experience in React and a keen eye for creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences. You'll primarily work on web-based frontend applications, while also collaborating across multiple technology stacks to support .Net desktop and web products.

- Strong experience with React 16+ (functional components) and TypeScript
- Experience maintaining npm packages and implementing UI design principles for simplicity and usability
- Competence with test and mocking frameworks (Vitest, Jest, Moq)
- Strong debugging skills, including troubleshooting third-party APIs and libraries
- Understanding of document management practices
- Development experience in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Services, including work item tracking and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of .NET 8+ web applications (ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Identity, OAuth 2.0)
- Cloud-first development in Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Storage, SQL, Entra ID)
- Experience with C#, VB.NET, Windows desktop applications (.NET Framework, WPF, WinForms)
- Familiarity with MEF, WCF, VSTO, COM, and crash dump analysis using WinDbg
- Full-time role based in the central Sydney CBD with flexible work-from-home options
