Steelx is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help lead the next evolution of our engineering and business platforms. Be part of our small, nimble team, owning a diverse range of projects, from our cutting-edge 3D app and comprehensive engineering backend to a mature supportive business platform that handles CRM and automates interactions with our supplier partners.

And here’s the kicker: we work a full-time week of four days most weeks! Enjoy a genuine long weekend—most weekends—while doing work that matters.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications and backend services
• Own features from conception to production in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain and improve existing systems with clean, scalable code
• Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and business teams to shape requirements
• Use AI-assisted dev tools and modern workflows to accelerate delivery
• Share your ideas and help steer the technical direction of key projects

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in professional software development
• Proven experience with C# / .NET and React.js
• A relevant degree such as in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Willingness to mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
• Enthusiasm for Agile development practises
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a readiness to contribute ideas
• Demonstrable understanding of layered architecture in applications of scale
• Interest in emerging agentic coding tools, but not reliant on them
