About The Role
The EFC Network is the Club’s corporate business network, designed to foster meaningful connections and commercial opportunities among its members. Its strategic objective is to build the largest corporate network in Australian sport while delivering tangible B2B outcomes for participating organisations.
The established EFC Network program offers extensive engagement opportunities through a dynamic calendar of events and a dedicated connection platform, enabling members to connect through curated introductions.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & EFC Network, the EFC Network Account Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the EFC Network. You will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening relationships with existing members, and facilitating high-value B2B introductions across the network.
This role will lead sales initiatives and grow the EFC Network pipeline through proactive networking, referrals and targeted research, while delivering initiatives and experiences that keep members engaged and connected to ensure long-term success of this important business network.
About You
You are a commercially astute and results-driven professional with a natural ability to connect people and create commercial opportunities. With proven experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, you have an incredible ability to identify and convert new opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and highly relational environment, you bring a proactive approach to business development and take pride in identifying opportunities that deliver value and tangible outcomes for all parties.
As a natural connector, you understand the power of strategic introductions and thrive on building trusted relationships. You are energised by engaging with people, building sales pipelines and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing business network.
With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders, and bring the credibility and professionalism required to represent the Club and the EFC Network. Organised, energetic and commercially minded, you enjoy working both strategically and hands-on to grow a thriving business community.
