Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Administrator, based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and troubleshooting network systems, overseeing network security protocols, supporting system administration, and providing technical support to resolve connectivity issues. The role also involves monitoring network performance, implementing updates, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in System Administration and managing IT infrastructures
- Expertise in Network Security, including implementing and monitoring security measures
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving network-related issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards in cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are advantageous
