The Role

We are looking for a Head Design to own the end-to-end design function across all LOB platforms. You will work directly with the founding team, shape product identity across a multi-platform ecosystem, and translate complex systems into experiences that feel clear, intentional, and human.

This is a senior, high-ownership role. You will set standards, not just follow them.


What You Will Do

  • Lead UX and UI design across four distinct platforms with shared design principles
  • Own the brand and visual identity system for LOB Group and its products
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product direction
  • Build and maintain design systems that scale across teams and products
  • Partner with engineering and product to ship at quality and on schedule
  • Create content and visual assets for go-to-market, investor materials, and product launches
  • Enable sales and growth through polished, strategic design collateral
  • Work with external design vendors and agencies when scoped in
  • Define and uphold design quality standards across the organization


What We Require

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role
  • Proven work across branding, product design, and go-to-market enablement
  • Experience designing for complex, data-rich, or AI-powered products
  • Strong user research background with ability to move from insight to decision
  • Mastery of Figma and modern design tooling
  • A portfolio that shows range: enterprise products, consumer interfaces, brand systems
  • Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience collaborating across time zones and with distributed teams
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing quality or deadlines
  • Hands-on approach with high-level vision is a plus.
