Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a DeFi Operations Specialist. In this role, you will oversee decentralized finance (DeFi) operations, manage projects, analyze trends in financial technologies, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, lead operational initiatives to streamline processes, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor and improve performance metrics while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
