👥 Your role in the team

• As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the further development of our platform.
• You support us in optimizing the software architecture as well as in system and technology decisions to continuously improve the performance and scalability of our highly-rated learning platform in the DACH region.
• Furthermore, you develop new features that make our platform even more powerful and user-friendly, and work closely with our team on innovative solutions to meet our clients' requirements.
• Develop backend components and APIs.
• Frontend development with React and Material UI.
• Use the existing GraphQL API for your features.
• You develop your own features and take responsibility for them.
• Create automated tests to ensure code maintainability and quality.
• Optionally participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new UX flows.
• For senior roles: Optimize monitoring and observability of our applications.
• Actively contribute to the optimization and scaling of our systems.
• Make software architecture, system, and technology decisions with the team.
• Support juniors in their development and bring technical expertise into the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TypeScript or a similar language.
• Good command of relational and non-relational databases.
• Advantages: GraphQL, DevOps, Prisma.IO, Redis, Yjs, Containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Basic understanding of the structure of software architecture.
• Creation of automated tests and designing REST APIs.
• A detail-oriented and quality-focused work approach.
• Motivation and passion for learning new things and developing oneself.

Qualifications

• Nice-to-have: Experience in developing scalable SaaS solutions.
• Nice-to-have: Enthusiasm for User Experience (Usability, Accessibility).
