As a Business Controller within our company, you will play a key role in driving financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Responsabilities

• Financial Management:
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
• Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct in-depth analyses of financial and operational data.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate results and recommendations.
• Decision Support:
• Provide financial and strategic support to various departments.
• Participate in the evaluation of investment projects and profitability analysis.
• Contribute to the improvement of management control processes and tools.
• Compliance and Internal Control:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal control.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a Management Controller position, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Excellent command of computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Rigorous, organized, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in French and English (Dutch is an asset).
