Mission
As Product Manager, you will lead all marketing efforts targeting general contractors, prefab builders, and OEM partners in Region North. Your mission is to drive the commercial strategy of your employer's products and solutions, building strong value propositions that resonate with professional audiences across multiple construction segments. You will develop deep audience insights and translate them into compelling marketing strategies across the portfolio, ensuring consistency across brands, applications, and markets. Working closely with commercial, product, and digital teams, you will bridge technical product expertise with marketing strategy, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with real-world construction processes and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Segment Marketing & Value Proposition Development
• Lead all marketing efforts targeting general contractors, prefab builders, and OEM partners in Region North.
• Develop deep audience insights to craft compelling value propositions and marketing strategies across all Etex brands, products, and applications.
• Promote solutions across diverse segments and product types, ensuring consistency regardless of application or market (facade, roofing, interiors).
• Work across multiple brands covering products including facade panels, sidings, slates, corrugated sheets, building boards, interior products, and future innovations.
• Address a broad range of construction markets including residential, multi-residential, commercial, offices, schools, healthcare, and agriculture.
Customer Insight & Go-to-Market Strategy
• Leverage technical knowledge and regular customer visits to align marketing initiatives with real-world needs and industrial processes.
• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and action plans (digital and offline) tailored to contractors, prefab builders, and OEMs.
• Translate customer insights into clear and differentiating value propositions that resonate with professional audiences.
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption in key construction segments. Marketing Activation & Digital Strategy
• Manage website content, newsletters, social media, SEO, SEA/Google Ads, and other online activities together with the central digital team.
• Lead the creation of brochures, POS materials, events, trade shows, and print advertising.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and consistent messaging across all channels. Performance Management & Marketing Effectiveness
• Define dashboards and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI.
• Monitor key indicators including brand awareness, lead generation, and project pipeline development.
• Analyze campaign results and continuously optimize marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness and impact.
Candidate Profile Education
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, construction or equal by experience.
Experience
• Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Strong technical affinity and understanding of industrial processes.
• Willingness to conduct regular customer visits to better understand production environments and customer needs.
• Proven experience in product launches and go-to-market strategy execution.
• Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
Languages
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
