Full Stack AI Engineer

Salary: €80k - €100k + equity

Job Description:

Join a start-up reimagining CRM for the AI era. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you’ll work across frontend and backend systems to build an AI-native CRM platform designed for go-to-market teams. You’ll help implement real-time infrastructure and ship data-rich product features that integrate AI directly into everyday relationship management workflows.

The Opportunity:

You’ll join a fast-moving, well-funded start-up where quality and ownership matter. This is an opportunity to shape both product and technical decisions within an AI-first CRM platform, working alongside experienced engineers in a remote environment with equity and long-term upside.

What you will do:

• Implement end-to-end product features using JavaScript and TypeScript across the frontend (React) and backend services.
• Develop and enhance our clients' real-time infrastructure to support advanced AI-native experiences.
• Ship performant, data-rich UI that efficiently manages large volumes of contact data while emphasising user experience and latency.
• Quickly debug, optimise, and resolve production issues; collaborate in design reviews to influence product decisions through engineering insights.
• Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners and represent engineering perspectives in product discussions.
• Mentor and guide fellow engineers while promoting best practices in testing and observability throughout the systems you engage with.

Who will thrive here?:

• You have a solid level of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, especially in building dynamic web applications.
• You’re comfortable working with React and have a good understanding of backend systems.
