Fincons is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER


Tasks

Lead and coordinate the delivery of a complex international initiative by organising parallel activities, guiding collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring consistent progress toward defined objectives. Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to shape functional and system specifications, while bridging business expectations and technical implementation. Monitor timelines and risks, resolve coordination issues, and integrate contributions into clear documentation and reporting that supports project oversight and decision-making.


Required Knowledge & Experience

Solid experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with the ability to coordinate teams and facilitate collaboration in distributed environments. Strong IT and digital systems knowledge combined with requirements analysis skills to translate business needs into structured outputs. Recognised communication and negotiation abilities, supported by an analytical and solution-oriented approach, effective organisation and planning, high-standard reporting and presentation capabilities, and professional fluency in English.


Specific Expertise

Demonstrated experience with large-scale digital initiatives, particularly in international or multi-country environments. Good understanding of governance and institutional contexts, particularly the EU institutions, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. Familiarity with public sector and regulatory environments and agile or hybrid delivery approaches is also advantageous.


Project Management certifications would be highly valued.
