Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in the Harjumaa. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR processes, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Daily tasks include handling personnel management, supporting recruitment efforts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to align HR practices with company goals.
