As our Product Manager for Mepco, you will take on a key role in steering the product’s strategic direction, improving customer value, and ensuring the software continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This is a truly impactful position where you will collaborate with other product managers, product owners, engineering, offshoring partners, and commercial teams to drive significant, meaningful improvements for customers and the business. You will help define what’s next for Mepco—shaping capabilities, guiding priorities, and ensuring decisions are grounded in customer insight and data.

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include

• Leading Mepco’s product strategy, and business prioritization for your own responsibility area
• Leading UI/UX improvements together with product team
• Translating customer and market insights into product decisions that improve the daily work of payroll professionals
• Managing and coordinating dependencies across multiple product areas
• Collaborating with product owners, engineering management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and other key internal stakeholders
• Engaging with accounting firms and enterprise customers at both operational and strategic levels
• Acting as a bridge‑builder across teams and cultures, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Contributing to AI‑enhanced product strategy together with our AI team
• Taking responsibility for product lifecycle decisions in a complex multi‑stakeholder environment

This is a full-time, permanent position based at one of our Finland’s offices (Espoo, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä). We operate in a very flexible hybrid model with regular team meet-ups at your primary office. You’ll report to the Director, Product (HR & Payroll) Henna Karhunen and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics and Malaysia—which may occasionally include travel.

Ready to make an impact? 💥

We’re looking for an experienced product management professional ready to operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS
• Strong skills in product lifecycle management, roadmapping, prioritization, and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• A proactive, collaborative, “bridge-builder” mindset
• Experience in HR/Payroll domains is useful, but strong product management expertise is the key requirement
• Ability to work with customers at both strategic and operational levels
• Fluent Finnish and English

Please note, that passing the standard security clearance vetting conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service is a requirement for employment in this position. We will begin the security clearance process immediately after both parties have signed the employment contract.
