We are looking for a Product Manager, Digital Offering responsible for digital product value outcome for customers and certified dealer network by defining the product development roadmap and continuous improvement actions related to the Digital Services Products in scope and its operational performance.

You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing alignment between the digital products under MyKalmar umbrella and other digital core offerings such as Insight and Inspector. You will ensure coordination with product owners, Solution Owner and teams of the individual platforms while ensuring internal and external as well as vendor alignment and continuous collaboration. Ultimately, you will be responsible for enabling increased sales, improved customer satisfaction and outstanding user experience.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Product Strategy & Leadership: You will contribute as a valued member of the Digital Services Leadership Team, managing the Services Digital Products in scope to ensure successful outcomes in terms of revenue, quality, and customer success.
  • MyKalmar Ecosystem Development: You will drive the technical and commercial development of the MyKalmar ecosystem by gathering requirements from customers, partners, and stakeholders to translate them into a prioritized technical roadmap.
  • Commercial Expansion & Growth: You will expand Kalmar’s e-commerce business from parts to a broader portfolio, increasing the digital-enabled sales scope and growing the overall adoption rate of services customers online.
  • Project Portfolio & Resource Management: You will oversee project definition, planning, and resourcing while ensuring professional execution within budget and schedule through established steering and management practices.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Data Quality: You will collaborate with external vendors and work closely with Kalmar Services Parts and Logistics to maintain high data content quality and align on business needs.
  • Innovation & AI-First Implementation: You will champion an "AI-first" approach in the digital product roadmap, ensuring that new offerings, support, and releases leverage modern technology for a competitive edge.
  • Analytics, Budgeting & Governance: You will manage budget allocation, develop and monitor KPIs for usage data, and ensure all application documentation and stakeholder communications are managed at a professional level.
  • Sales Enablement & Technical Support: You will bridge the gap between product and sales by creating technical demos and documentation that empower the team to sell the digital offering effectively.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Academic & Professional Foundation: You hold a University degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science, or have equivalent work experience across commercial and technical domains.
  • Digital Product & Industry Expertise: You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product development within industrial contexts, with deep knowledge of product management, ownership, and digital service solutions.
  • Commercial & Service Insight: You ideally bring experience from service business functions or digital service sales, and while not required, experience with heavy-duty mobile equipment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Global Leadership & Project Governance: You have proven leadership skills in decision-making and networking, with extensive experience managing cross-functional, multi-cultural projects and external suppliers in an international environment.
  • Process & Change Management: You possess a track record of driving process improvements and development, underpinned by a solid understanding of change management practices.
  • Collaborative & Solution-Oriented Mindset: You are a highly communicative team player who can translate ideas into actions, maintaining a problem-solving approach while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Data-Driven Communication: You are a data and fact-driven professional with a customer service mindset and outstanding communication skills in fluent English.
  • High Standards & Engagement: You set a high bar for excellence through your personal drive, showing the capability to lead teams and influence outcomes through effective delegation and organization.
