This position is a part ‑ time, fixed ‑ term parental leave substitute until September 2027, with the possibility to work in a hybrid setup.
You will be part of a supportive team of five People & Culture colleagues, located in both Helsinki and Uppsala.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate the complete payroll process for all Nordic countries, communicate with external payroll providers and prepare payroll materials
- Ensure local compliance related to payroll reporting, social security, pensions etc.
- Support employees with payroll and worktime questions
- Act as the main user for time-management tools in the region and manage employment benefits in Finland
- Handle payroll-related mobility topics for international assignments
- Participate in the annual salary increase process
- 1–3 years of experience in operational HR/payroll, preferably in an international setting
- Knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish labour law and collective agreements
- A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration)
- Fluency in English and good level Finnish; Swedish is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
- A solution-oriented and improvement-driven approach

The full ‑ time salary for this position is 3,400 – 3,700 EUR per month depending on experience and qualifications. The actual salary will be adjusted according to the agreed part ‑ time percentage.
