Responsibilities



  • Strategy Alignment & Culture Localization: Interpret the headquarters' HR strategy and corporate culture, develop localized implementation plans based on local business characteristics, and drive the integration of corporate culture at the local level.
  • Talent Recruitment & Echelon Building: Optimize local recruitment system, connect with the headquarters' talent standards, manage recruitment channels, ensure talent supply for key positions, and lead local talent echelon construction with the headquarters.
  • Compensation, Benefits & Incentive Management: Formulate localized compensation and benefits plans in line with headquarters framework and local labor regulations, ensure accurate and timely payroll operation, and optimize incentive mechanisms linked to performance.
  • Training & Development: Develop localized training plans by linking with headquarters resources, organize training activities, track effectiveness, and integrate corporate culture into training to promote employee growth.
  • Performance Management: Undertake the headquarters' performance management system, be responsible for performance plan formulation, tracking, assessment and result application, and organize performance interviews to improve team performance.
  • Employee Relations & Atmosphere Building: Manage local employee relations, handle labor disputes and complaints, organize employee care activities, conduct satisfaction surveys, and optimize management measures with the headquarters.
  • Local Administration Coordination: Undertake local administrative work such as supplier management, visa processing and government liaison, and coordinate resources between headquarters and local to ensure smooth operation.
  • Data Statistics & Reporting: Collect, sort out and analyze local HR data, and submit regular reports to the headquarters to support strategic adjustment and management optimization.
  • Other Tasks: Other work assigned by leaders.


Qualifications



  • Major in human resource management or administrative management, and have a certain understanding of Local labor law.
  • Be able to use English for basic communication and work.
  • Have at least 5 years of HR working experience.
  • Other special conditions: Have a certain level of emotional intelligence, service awareness, and the ability to execute tasks.
