We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-level initiatives as part of a broader strategic transformation programme. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the successful planning, coordination and execution of major projects, ensuring delivery against defined timelines, scope and business outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to drive progress, manage risks and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value. Operating within a fast-paced transformation environment, you will play a key role in translating strategic priorities into well-structured delivery plans and ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned and focused on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex strategic projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and delivery milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams to ensure aligned execution
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving timely resolution
- Ensure strong project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication
- Monitor project progress, scope, budget and resource allocation
- Facilitate decision-making and escalation where required
- Ensure delivery against defined business outcomes and benefits
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Support continuous improvement of delivery practices and project governance
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering large, complex projects within enterprise environments
- Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and executive sponsors
- Skilled at managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities
- Highly organised with strong planning and execution discipline
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused and able to maintain momentum in fast-paced environments
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable
