Our Support and Service Team in Riga is seeking an independent Operations Manager to take full ownership of both ongoing projects and the setup of new initiatives within the B2B iGaming sector.

The role requires strong understanding of operational and financial metrics, independent decision-making, and direct B2B client communication. The goal is to delegate full operational ownership without constant escalation and ensure stable growth and controlled financial performance.


‼️Please note that this role requires you to be based in Riga, Latvia, and work in an on-site format. For strong match relocation possibility can be discussed‼️


Requirements:

  • Experience managing projects in iGaming (must have);
  • Experience in Operations / Project / Product Ops roles will be a plus;
  • Deep understanding of the operational and financial models.


Skills

  • Confident experience with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis);
  • Proficiency in the Atlassian Suite;
  • Experience working with CRM analytics;
  • Ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it;
  • English Upper-Intermediate+;
  • High level of responsibility and ownership;
  • Independent decision-making;
  • Structured and analytical thinking;
  • Proactive mindset (does not wait for instructions);
  • Confident client communication;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Result-oriented, not process-oriented.


Responsibilities:

Project Setup:

  • Launching new projects under their own operation;
  • Communication with clients and alignment on the project development vector, as well as operational flows;
  • Coordination of BPM / CRM / Finance / Support;
  • Deadline control;
  • Control of project readiness for go-live.

Daily Operations:

  • KPI control;
  • Control of promo launch and correctness;
  • Coordination of CRM / Support / Content;
  • Escalations and independent operational decisions;
  • Project development and proposals to improve metrics;
  • Providing project performance reports.

B2B Communication:

  • Communication with clients on operational matters;
  • Resolution of disputed situations;
  • Participation in status calls;
  • Proactive communication on issues requiring urgent decisions.
