Job Summary:
At Bison Commerce, we are building a profit-focused, data-driven growth engine that sells products across multiple US-based eCommerce channels. As we secure more strategic product opportunities, we are hiring an eCommerce Product Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth of selected product lines and turn them into scalable revenue drivers.
In this role, you will define go-to-market product strategies, advertising investment approaches, set performance targets, and create scaling logic, and then lead cross-functional execution of that strategy across marketing and commercial teams to deliver measurable growth. You will translate product opportunities into structured growth plans. You will also create commercial pitch decks, align internal stakeholders and suppliers with your plan, and make clear, data-backed decisions on when to build, scale, defend, or stop advertising initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thinks commercially, executes quickly, operates with ownership, understands Amazon-driven eCommerce environments, and is motivated by turning products into structured, repeatable growth stories at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end growth of selected strategic product lines across US marketplaces.
- Develop go-to-market ecommerce strategies including positioning, channel mix, launch structure, and investment logic.
- Define performance targets, scaling thresholds, and success criteria aligned with margin and growth objectives.
- Lead cross functional execution of PPC, content, merchandising, and reporting to ensure growth targets are met.
- Translate product opportunities into structured marketing plans and commercial decks for internal and supplier alignment.
- Monitor performance and make clear decisions to build, scale, defend, or stop initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce product or growth roles within ecommerce, ideally in Amazon driven environments, with proven ownership of product performance from launch to scale.
- Proven experience building and executing go to market and growth strategies for new products.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven success defining KPIs, evaluating growth tradeoffs, setting scaling thresholds, and making confident data-based decisions.
- Experience leading cross functional execution across marketing and commercial teams.
- Proven experience preparing and presenting structured growth plans to internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Salary:
- 3300-4200 €/mon. gross The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
