We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (Tech / Non-Tech): from job profiling to employee onboarding
  • Recruitment analytics (pipeline, time-to-hire, salary benchmarking)
  • Maintain and oversee HR documentation in compliance with Lithuanian labor law
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR processes
  • Develop and support non-monetary motivation and engagement programs
  • Support and strengthen the company’s corporate culture
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager
  • Experience working in an IT company
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation
  • Experience independently managing HR documentation
  • Experience recruiting Tech and Non-Tech specialists
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose ideas and improvements independently
  • Empathy: ability to listen, understand people, and proactively identify potential team risks
  • Structured thinking: ability to organize information and processes
  • English — Upper Intermediate or higher
  • Russian — Upper Intermediate or higher
