We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle (Tech / Non-Tech): from job profiling to employee onboarding
- Recruitment analytics (pipeline, time-to-hire, salary benchmarking)
- Maintain and oversee HR documentation in compliance with Lithuanian labor law
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR processes
- Develop and support non-monetary motivation and engagement programs
- Support and strengthen the company’s corporate culture
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager
- Experience working in an IT company
- Knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation
- Experience independently managing HR documentation
- Experience recruiting Tech and Non-Tech specialists
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose ideas and improvements independently
- Empathy: ability to listen, understand people, and proactively identify potential team risks
- Structured thinking: ability to organize information and processes
- English — Upper Intermediate or higher
- Russian — Upper Intermediate or higher
- Fully remote work format
