Within the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting a Cybersecurity Manager as a permanent position.   


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES     

        

You will have to assume following responsibilities:  

     

  • Manage INCERT client cybersecurity compliance engagements and with client business, regulatory obligations, and technology strategy;
  • Manage the delivery of cybersecurity consultancy and support services related to compliance frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements;
  • Develop a strong understanding of client environments, information systems, business processes, and applicable compliance constraints;
  • Advise clients on the design, review, and improvement of cybersecurity governance, controls, and compliance-related frameworks;
  • Support clients in achieving and maintaining an adequate level of conformity with applicable standards, regulations, and assurance frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, eIDAS, NIS2);
  • Define, assess, implement, review and/or improve, together with clients, key cybersecurity and compliance processes, in particular:
  • Asset management, risk management;
  • Vulnerability management, patch management;
  • Incident and problem management, change and project management; and Business continuity and disaster recovery management.
  • Define, review and improve client policies, procedures and other documents;
  • Manage and participate in client-facing projects involving cybersecurity compliance assessments, remediation plans, audit preparation, and control improvement initiatives;
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients and their suppliers to ensure compliance with defined cybersecurity, regulatory, and operational requirements;
  • Execute technical cybersecurity reviews and audits;
  • Monitor project progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of consultancy engagements; and
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cybersecurity compliance matters, supporting decision-making, remediation prioritization, and continuous improvement.


ABOUT YOU 

    

Technical skills and education:

 

  • Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role           
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems or related field of study or equivalent work experience;
  • Have a good understanding in Java/J2EE, API/web services and scripting languages; and
  • Hold a security industry certification (but not limited to CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+).
  • Be fluent in French and English. Luxembourgish and German are considered as an asset.
