Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, contributing to architecture decisions, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies (React/Angular).

Develop and optimize scalable microservices-based architecture and RESTful APIs.

Build responsive UI components and integrate them with backend services.

Participate in global rollouts and provide Application Management Services (AMS) support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and offshore teams to gather, analyze, and implement new requirements.

Contribute to application architecture, design discussions, and technical documentation.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality development standards.

Work on performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.

Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, governance policies, and cloud deployment best practices.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.

Experience building Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Front-end development experience using React.js or Angular.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB (preferred).

Experience with API integration and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.

Cloud & DevOps (Preferred)

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with message queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Understanding of security frameworks and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2 or JWT.

Exposure to performance monitoring and logging tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience working with Java-based microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of full-stack development lifecycle.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.

Leadership ability to mentor developers and guide technical decision making.
