We are looking for an experienced Technical IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT initiatives within a 4PL (Lead Logistics) environment.

This role sits at the intersection of logistics operations and enterprise technology, requiring strong technical understanding, structured project governance, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT domains.

You will be responsible for delivering integration-heavy initiatives within a complex enterprise landscape, ensuring alignment between operational logistics needs and scalable technology solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects within 4PL / Lead Logistics environments.
• Coordinate system integrations across internal platforms, external partners, and third-party providers.
• Manage business applications initiatives within complex enterprise IT landscapes.
• Drive structured project governance (planning, risk management, reporting, budget control).
• Act as the main point of coordination between IT teams, logistics operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with strategic objective.
• Provide clear executive-level communication and reporting.

🛠️ Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical IT Project Manager.
• Strong background in:
• 4PL / Lead Logistics environments.
• System integrations (APIs, middleware, EDI, enterprise platforms).
• Business applications delivery.
• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise IT landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
