As our ideas and projects grow, we need someone proactive to help design new features, maintain our existing systems, and optimize user experience across our digital products. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in UX/UI design, product workflows, and B2B digital experiences — all while working closely on-site with our collaborative IT team.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design of new and improved website features, from concept sketches to polished UX/UI designs. Help maintain and evolve our design system and UI components.
- Identify UX issues and opportunities for improvement through user feedback, product usage, and internal insights.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing website flows, including backoffice management, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality.
- Document and organize product and design-related tasks to support the team’s efficiency.
- Be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Product Design, UX/UI Design or related field, either through an Erasmus+ program or a Spanish academic institution.
- Available for a commitment of 4-6 months.
- Excellent command of English and/or Spanish
- Basic UX/UI design skills – Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Attention to detail – Spot inconsistencies, maintain design standards, and ensure quality.
- B2B product mindset – Interest in improving user experience and understanding how design impacts product functionality and business outcomes.
- Technical curiosity – Basic understanding of websites and back-office systems, with a willingness to learn and take on maintenance tasks.
- Collaboration & communication – Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and clearly explaining ideas or issues.

- 💰 Internship allowance for full-time schedule: 721€/month
