🔧 Key responsibilities
• Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when needed.
• Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data, attendance records, and payroll-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers (asesoría) regarding payroll processing, employee contracts, and employment changes.
• Support Social Security administration, including employee registrations and deregistrations (Alta / Baja) and related documentation management.
• Assist with employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contract preparation, contract amendments, and employee documentation management.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Spanish labor regulations.
• Support attendance, leave, and absence management processes, including vacation tracking and sick leave (BAJA) coordination.
• Assist in ensuring HR compliance with Spanish labor regulations and applicable Convenio Colectivo.
• Support preparation of HR documentation required for audits or labor inspections when necessary.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Support other HR-related administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, HR assistant, or similar HR operational roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and coordinating interviews.
• Basic experience or understanding of payroll processes in Spain, including Social Security procedures (Alta / Baja), sick leave (BAJA), and collaboration with external payroll providers (asesoría).
• Familiarity with Spanish labor regulations and collective agreements (Convenio Colectivo) is preferred.
• Experience managing HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills in a multicultural work environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan; good working proficiency in English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to support international teams.
• Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, adaptable to change, with strong learning agility and innovative mindset.
