Director – Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation

Lead global cybersecurity transformation initiatives for large organizations in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. The role combines strategic advisory, program delivery, and business development to help organizations strengthen their security posture while addressing regulatory and operational challenges.


As Director, you lead global delivery teams and partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex cybersecurity challenges from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs across areas such as OT Security, Supply Chain Security, IAM, and Cyber Managed Services.
  • Advise organizations on target operating models and IT–OT convergence.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and technology partners.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop new cybersecurity value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Risk, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Security functions.
  • Build and lead high-performing global delivery teams.
  • Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and scalable security solutions.


Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments.
  • Expertise in areas such as OT security, cyber strategy, vulnerability management, IAM, incident response, or cyber transformation programs.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business development experience.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as IEC 62443 / ISA-99, NIST CSF, NIS2, and EU Cyber Resilience Act.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior decision makers.


Education & Certifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID, or GCIP are beneficial.
  • Fluent English required; German or French a plus.
