In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Implement security-by-design principles and secure coding practices in our academic software
- Design, implement, and maintain CRA-compliant infrastructure, including build pipelines and automated SBOM generation
- Create and maintain systems for distributing security patches
- Develop automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our academic software
- Produce clear and comprehensive internal documentation
- Adapt and contribute across multiple product lines with diverse technology stacks
For This Role, You Will Need
- B.S. in Computer Engineering/Electronic Engineering
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across diverse product lines with varied technology stacks for:
- Desktop applications (C/C++, .NET, Qt)
- Software Development Kits (C/C++, .NET, python, LabVIEW)
- Build systems and infrastructure (make, CMake, Azure Pipelines)
- Experience in using Git, perforce or any other version control software
- Understanding of secure software development principles and common vulnerability types
- Experience with FPGAs and embedded systems
- Knowledge about operating systems fundamentals and internals
- Familiarity with the Linux ecosystem
- Personal projects
