Essential requirements:
- Frontend Solution architecture experience – 5+ years as a Frontend Solution Architect, able to lead technical decisions and design end-to-end solutions.
- Frontend development expertise – Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular, React, TypeScript, Next.js.
- UX & accessibility knowledge – Understanding of UX principles, WCAG, and accessibility best practices for customer-facing applications.
- Cloud and DevOps experience – Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, OpenShift) and DevOps practices.
- BSc in computer science or related field.
- Stakeholder management & communication – Skilled at engaging non-technical and technical stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and presenting complex solutions clearly.
- Experience in banking/financial services – Especially in accounts & payments or digital banking initiatives.
- Hands-on coding for PoCs – Ability to create proofs-of-concept to validate ideas or guide development teams.
- Swedish language skills – Helpful for local stakeholder communication, though not mandatory.
- Agile and Scaled Agile familiarity – Experience with SAFe or other scaled frameworks, alongside traditional waterfall project experience.
