Job Title: Visual Designer

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid/On-site)

Type: Contract / Freelance

Rate :- 600-616 SEK per hour

Duration :- initially 6month + extensions


Overview

We are supporting a client in Stockholm who is looking for a Creative & Visual Designer to help shape and elevate their digital retail experience. The role will focus on crafting compelling visual narratives across digital platforms, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate creative ideas into impactful design solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process to develop cohesive and innovative visual narratives that elevate the digital retail experience.
  • Create high-quality visual design concepts that strengthen brand storytelling across digital touchpoints.
  • Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, content, marketing, and tech to translate ideas into deliverable design solutions.
  • Ensure visual output aligns with brand direction, content strategy, and technical feasibility across digital channels.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience working as a Visual Designer / Creative Designer, ideally within Retail , lifestyle, or digital brand environments.
  • Expert use of Figma for visual design and collaboration.
  • Ability to lead creative processes and guide design direction without formal line management responsibility.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into scalable digital design solutions.


Nice to Have

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and digital design craft.
  • Experience working on fashion or brand-led digital experiences.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional product or digital teams.
