We are a fast-growing company headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in London, Helsinki, and Sydney, supporting customers worldwide. More than 1,000 customers trust us with their most important documents each year. We need someone who can jump in quickly and play a key role in shaping our product during this period.
You Will
- Own the user experience for key areas of our platform, directly impacting how finance professionals, communication teams, design agencies, and other stakeholders collaborate on corporate reports.
- Work directly with your squad to conduct user interviews, analyze data, and identify key user needs to fuel our product discovery process.
- Translate user insights, product requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive user interfaces using our Figma-based design system.
- Proactively spot opportunities to improve the user experience by reviewing existing user flows and customer feedback.
- Partner with developers throughout the lifecycle to ensure your design solutions translate to a seamless user experience.
- Explore new design methodologies, tools, and industry best practices with the rest of the team.
- A curious and motivated design professional who is ready to hit the ground running.
- A team player with strong communication skills, eager to work alongside product managers, engineers, and QA.
- Someone with practical experience (1+ years) as a Product Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your past work.
- Proven in your ability to translate user needs and product requirements into effective design solutions.
- Analytical and comfortable using data to inform your design decisions.
- Experienced in conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and exploring new ideas.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance your design workflow, prototyping, or ideation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
