IT Security & Risk Officer

We are seeking a proactive IT Security & Risk Officer to support our cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance work across our organization. The role is cross functional and combines both strategic development and hands on execution. Our main goal is to Improve cybersecurity capabilities to reduce business risks while keeping a high ability to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and quality assure TARAs
• Participate in, and support security audits
• Support in operational cybersecurity processes
• Drive Security by Design culture
• Support the organization to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, UNECE R155/R156, and related standards.
• Apply lean governance principles to improve efficiency of our ability to deliver business value while maintaining a strong risk posture.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and cross-functional DevSecOps teams, ensuring alignment between security, architecture, product development, and operational stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Being a collaborative, relationship driven person who takes initiatives, motivates others, and thrives when driving continuous improvement.
• Strong background in risk assessment, threat analysis (TARA), and security auditing.
• Strong ability to review modern cloud services from a security architectural perspective
• Understand how to apply security best practices to accomplish desired CIA (confidentiality, integrity, and availability) requirements
• Experience with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA, UNECE R155/R156).
• Operational cybersecurity experience in a global environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred:
• AWS experience
• Automotive industry experience.
• Background in agile environments.
• Skills in incident response, crisis management, or forensics.
