As a Team Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a talented and collaborative development team in designing, building, and maintaining a cutting-edge enterprise application. You will help define the team’s objectives, mentor developers, drive best practices, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets business needs. What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Define and communicate team objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prioritize feature development based on business impact and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Take ownership of team performance and workload distribution, managing internal and external team communications.
  • Mentor team members, offering technical guidance and fostering career development.
  • Lead code reviews, encourage a culture of constant improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Manage performance reviews and celebrate team wins, promoting a positive team culture.
  • System Design and Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications.
  • Build canonical components, delivering clean, maintainable, and well-tested code for microservices, front-end components, APIs, and communication interfaces.
  • Solve complex technical issues and debug critical system problems.
  • Agile Collaboration:
  • Actively participate in agile sprint planning, ensuring predictable and effective delivery of features.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of the development efforts.
  • Innovation and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Share knowledge across the team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Team Lead Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience leading software development teams, with a focus on mentoring, guiding team members, and ensuring delivery success.
  • Leadership Style: An empathetic, people-first approach to leadership, prioritizing team health, collaboration, and predictable delivery schedules.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • At least 6 years of experience with ASP.NET Core and modern front-end frameworks (with Flutter preferred).
  • Strong experience with REST APIs and inter-service communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with relational and document databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB).
  • Experience in designing modern enterprise applications using clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency with event-driven pub-sub architectures and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, DevOps pipelines, Linux, and bash scripting.
  • Cloud-based application development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing, and familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, IoT, and device integration.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to balance technical leadership with clear and empathetic communication, ensuring a positive team dynamic.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Passion for Learning:
  • A passion for learning new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve both individual and team performance.
