What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with a proven track record of developing and "owning" products.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript to build scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Strong product intuition; someone who understands the "why" behind features and actively contributes to UI/UX development discussions.
- Proficiency in Figma to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
- Experience in SaaS or Analytics companies is a significant plus (nice-to-have).
- Professional fluency in English to collaborate effectively in a global context.
- A self-starter who thrives in remote environments and is motivated to deliver big results within small, agile teams.
- A strong sense of ownership, taking responsibility for the product from ideation to deployment.
- Lead the frontend development process, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.
- Own the product features you build, collaborating closely with stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Translate complex data into intuitive, interactive analytics dashboards and visualizations.
- Actively participate in UI/UX design phases, providing technical feedback and creative solutions.
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration and product consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and technologies to keep Mindsite at the forefront of innovation.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement within the product and implementing effective solutions.
