About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who is highly enthusiastic about Agentic Workflows and AI-augmented development tools, and who is excited to help us grow in this area.

We are at the beginning of our AI-supported development journey. At arabam.com, we see engineers as orchestra conductors. We are looking for engineers who use AI in their daily workflow and are eager to help grow and spread this know-how within the company.

About You

• You actively use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex etc.) as part of your development workflow,
• You understand agentic workflows beyond simple prompt-and-response usage,
• You can evaluate, refactor, and productionize AI-generated code,
• You take full ownership of code quality, security, testing, and maintainability,
• You are open to learning and sharing your knowledge with the team,
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field,
• At least 5 years of experience in front-end web application development,
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript,
• Experience with Vue.js, AngularJS, or similar frameworks,
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern frontend build tools,
• Experience with AI-augmented development tools and workflows,
• Experience with Node.js, WebSockets, or Micro Frontend architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications,
• Contribute to architectural and performance improvements,
• Contribute to arabam.com’s Agentic Transformation by using AI tools effectively in daily development,
• Help define and improve best practices around agentic and AI-supported coding,
• Support the team in adopting efficient and responsible AI and agentic workflows,
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and business teams.
