You will join the TAM (Technical Account Management) team, responsible for delivering customizations and dedicated functionalities for large enterprise clients, often international.
The team focuses on adapting existing modules or building custom solutions tailored to specific customer needs. A significant part of the work involves data imports and system integrations, where security, data correctness, and database performance are critical.

You will join the TAM (Technical Account Management) team, responsible for delivering customizations and dedicated functionalities for large enterprise clients, often international.
The team focuses on adapting existing modules or building custom solutions tailored to specific customer needs. A significant part of the work involves data imports and system integrations, where security, data correctness, and database performance are critical.
Must-have
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Strong commercial experience in PHP backend development,
- Very good knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices,
- Very good understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL,
- Proven experience in designing and implementing REST APIs,
- High attention to application security (secure coding practices, data protection),
- Strong focus on performance and scalability, especially for database-heavy operations,
- Ability to work effectively as a fullstack developer (backend + frontend),
- Communicative English (spoken and written) – sufficient for:
- internal company communication,
- reading and writing technical and business specifications,
- working with English-language documentation and tickets.
- Experience working in international environments or projects,
- Experience with data import pipelines or external system integrations,
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized development environments,
- Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning,
- Background in customization-heavy or enterprise systems,
- Experience working in a product-oriented organization.
- Backend: PHP (Phalcon framework)
- Frontend: React
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Architecture: REST APIs, data-heavy integrations
- Design and implement custom functionalities and system adaptations for enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain secure, efficient backend services using PHP and Phalcon.
- Build and extend React-based frontend components aligned with backend APIs.
- Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs.
- Implement and optimize data import processesfrom external systems with a strong focus on:
- security,
- data integrity,
- database performance.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application and database.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product, and TAM teams.
- Take ownership of code quality, maintainability, and security.
