Summary: The role focuses on providing senior UX/UI design is primarily aimed at enhancing service and product design through an end-to-end approach. The designer will be responsible for driving the design process independently while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

- Oversee the entire design process from discovery and research to final deliverables.
- Conduct user journey and process mapping.
- Lead design conceptualization and user evaluation tasks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain communications.
- Participate in regular meetings such as dailies, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies.
- Facilitate onsite workshops and working sessions.
- Extensive experience as a Service/UX/UI designer.
- Proficiency in managing end-to-end design processes autonomously.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel for onsite sessions and workshops.
- Compliance with DT policies regarding working location.
- Knowledge of German language.
- Experience with UX/UI Accessibility annotations.
- Familiarity with using AI tools in the design process.
- Type of Contract: Contracting, duration 3 month with regulary extensions
- Location : someone based in Europe (except Germany, Romania), remote
