We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation and strategic direction of our mobile game advertising creatives.


  • This role focuses on discovering winning creative ideas, identifying trends in the market, and translating performance data into actionable creative strategies. You will work closely with our creative artists and growth team to continuously generate and test new advertising concepts/ideas that drive installs and scale campaigns.


Responsibilities


• Generate new advertising concepts and creative angles for user acquisition campaigns

• Research and track mobile game advertising trends across major ad platforms

• Analyze creative performance data to identify what works and why

• Turn insights from data into clear creative briefs for the creative team

• Work closely with designers and artists to guide creative production

• Build a structured creative testing roadmap

• Continuously monitor competitor ads and market trends

• Identify winning hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches for ads

• Help scale successful creative concepts through iteration



Requirements


• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy and mobile game marketing

• Strong ability to generate advertising ideas and concepts

• Solid understanding of mobile user acquisition and ad creatives

• Experience analyzing creative performance metrics

• Ability to translate data insights into creative direction

• Deep interest in mobile game ads and marketing trends

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving


Nice to Have


• Experience working with mobile game studios

• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Applovin, or Google Ads ecosystems

• Basic knowledge of Unity or gameplay capture workflows

• Experience working with creative teams or managing creative pipelines

• Experience using AI tools for creative research or ideation
