Location: Krakow, Poland - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office Every Day

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong Cisco networking expertise and experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) and industrial network environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switching environments
- Implement and manage Cisco SD-WAN and SD-Access network solutions
- Support network segmentation, WAN edge configuration, and fabric operations
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Manage device lifecycle and assurance via Cisco Catalyst Centre
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across Layers 2–7
- Support secure IT/OT network architectures and industrial environments
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst switches (IOS-XE), VLANs, STP/RSTP, QoS
- Hands-on with Cisco SD-WAN and SD-Access (SDA)
- Experience with Cisco ISE for AAA and network security
- Knowledge of OT network architecture and industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, OPC-UA, etc.)
- Infrastructure automation using Terraform / Ansible
- CI/CD exposure (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
- Experience with network APIs (RESTCONF/NETCONF, Cisco NSO)
🔹 Nice to Have
- Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2)
- Experience with SCADA / ICS platforms (Ignition, Wonderware, Siemens TIA Portal, FactoryTalk)
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance tools
