We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our IT Application Development Team. The primary responsibility of this role will be Business Intelligence, with the opportunity to take an active role in Data Engineering & ETL Processes in the future.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop, design and maintain end-to-end BI reports and dashboards,
• Design data models, develop DAX calculations, KPI metrics and perform performance optimization,
• Perform data analysis and query development on the data warehouse,
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights by understanding stakeholder needs,
• Ensure data accuracy and data quality,
• Work collaboratively with the IT development team and maintain proper technical documentation.

🔎 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS, or a related field,
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, data reporting, or other data-related roles (experience in the financial sector is a plus),
• Strong experience with data visualization tools,
• Hands-on experience with BI Tools ( preferably Power BI & semantic model design and DAX development),
• SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases,
• ETL experience is a plus (preferably SSIS),
• Experience working with large datasets.
