The Oslo Office
Our Oslo team consists of 30 designers, account directors, and strategists located in newly renovated offices on Bankplassen in the historical area of Kvadraturen. As we continue to grow our impact in the international arena, we are looking for an Associate Account / Project Manager to help drive our projects forward.
The Role
As an Associate Account, you are the engine of our project teams. You play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered with excellence, on time, and within scope. You will support Account Directors in managing client relationships and coordinating our multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high-quality collaborative process.

You are a structured, delivery-oriented professional with 2–5 years of experience. You are comfortable in creative environments and understand the balance between strategic rigor and creative exploration. - Project Management: Drive daily project progression, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Client Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed professionally.
- Operational Integration: Coordinate designers, strategists, and producers to ensure team alignment and high-quality collaborative output.
- Commercial Support: Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the development of proposals and pitches.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for delivery excellence, ensuring all outputs align with the Kurppa Hosk brand standard.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project management or account coordination within a creative or strategic agency.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A solid foundational understanding of brand strategy and the creative process.
- Professional fluency in both Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
- Experience with international or multi-market brands is considered an advantage.
