Lace Lithography is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Hardware team. You'll be responsible for organising the teams' work, meticulously tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless communication with our hardware teams. Your focus will be on driving project execution to meet the company's main milestones, ensuring our groundbreaking technology progresses efficientl

- u to:Organise the workflows for multiple projects concurre
- ntly.Develop and track project timelines while keeping an agile mindset, ensuring all phases are aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives and main milest
- ones.Implement and refine project management best practices within a fast-paced R&D environ
- ment.Orchestrate and streamline communication channels between the Instrument Modelling and Mask Design teams and our hardware teams, ensuring all technical requirements and interdependencies are clearly understood and addre
- ssed.Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks or delays, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within s
- cope.Ensure projects are completed on time and successfully feed into the main milestones of Lace Lithography, contributing directly to the advancement of our core techno
- logy.Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making between the squads and hardware teams to resolve challenges and ensure integrated solut
- ions.Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress, technical specifications, and key decis
- ions.Report regularly on project status to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, and achievem
ents.
Qualifications/Expe
rienceReq
- uired:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical
- field.5+ years of experience in technical project management within a complex R&D, engineering, or high-tech enviro
- nment.Demonstrated experience managing projects involving highly technical teams, particularly in areas related to physics, mechanical engineering or hardware develo
- pment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and
- tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional
- teams.Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable project plans and communicate them effectively to diverse audi
- ences.Experience with risk management, stakeholder management, and change manag
- ement.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Cel
oxis).Pref
- erred:Experience in the semiconductor, quantum technology, or related industries is highly desi
- rable.Experience working with both hardware and software development
teams.
