We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site Based Role) to join our team for a major Infrastructure & Building Development Project in Abu Dhabi.
This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals with strong experience managing large-scale community development projects involving infrastructure and villa developments.
Note : Working Hours is 48 hours 6 days a week

š¹ Key Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelorās Degree in Engineering
ā¢ Chartered / Professional Engineer certification preferred
Experience Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 25 years of total relevant experience
ā¢ Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE or on similar large-scale projects
š¹ Essential Experience
ā¢ Proven track record in large-scale community development projects in Abu Dhabi
ā¢ Strong experience managing Infrastructure works including: Roads , Utilities , Wet & Dry Services
ā¢ Experience in villa development projects
ā¢ Previous involvement in multi-billion AED projects
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authoritiesā regulations and stakeholder coordination
