As we accelerate our global footprint, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead ecosystem growth—driving user acquisition, scaling trading volume, and fostering high-impact relationships with KOLs and strategic partners.
Role Summary
You will take ownership of developing, managing, and scaling the OneBullEx partnership ecosystem—spanning KOLs, influencers, trading communities, affiliates, and institutional partners. Your goal is to expand the network, increase platform visibility, and drive measurable trading activity and retention.
Key Responsibilities
As we accelerate our global footprint, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead ecosystem growth—driving user acquisition, scaling trading volume, and fostering high-impact relationships with KOLs and strategic partners.
Role Summary
You will take ownership of developing, managing, and scaling the OneBullEx partnership ecosystem—spanning KOLs, influencers, trading communities, affiliates, and institutional partners. Your goal is to expand the network, increase platform visibility, and drive measurable trading activity and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Growth: Design and execute strategies to expand OneBullEx's footprint across the crypto landscape, focusing on traders, KOLs, and community collaborations.
- Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships to generate sustained user growth and trading volume.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch influencer-led trading challenges, AMAs, and referral promotions.
- Performance Analytics: Track and optimize key metrics including New Sign-ups, First-Time Deposits (FTDs), trading volume per partner, and ROI.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire partner journey—from initial outreach and deal structuring to onboarding, activation, and long-term retention.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, trading community dynamics, and competitive partnership models.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles within a crypto exchange environment.
- Deep understanding of crypto trading (Spot, Futures, and Derivatives) and user acquisition mechanics.
- Proven track record of building and scaling KOL networks and affiliate ecosystems.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data-driven metrics like conversion rates and volume-based ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to balance creative strategy and technical execution.
- Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience at a top-tier crypto exchange or ecosystem-driven blockchain project.
- An existing, active network of KOLs, influencers, or trading communities.
- Experience designing complex incentive structures (tiered affiliate programs or volume-based rewards).
- Familiarity with global crypto marketing trends and regional compliance guidelines.
- Growth in the number and quality of ecosystem partners.
- Volume of New Active Traders (NAT) and FTDs driven via partnership channels.
- Increase in overall trading volume and user retention from partner sources.
- Efficiency metrics: Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Partner ROI.
