We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and scale robust, internet-facing enterprise applications. You will play a key role in building secure, high-performance services that support modern, distributed video management/delivery systems.
The client is located in Agincourt, Scarborough and the resource is expected to work out of the client office 3 times a week.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and scale robust, internet-facing enterprise applications. You will play a key role in building secure, high-performance services that support modern, distributed video management/delivery systems.
The client is located in Agincourt, Scarborough and the resource is expected to work out of the client office 3 times a week.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Architect and optimize solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
- Develop and deploy applications using container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes or similar)
- Implement and support event-driven architectures using event streaming platforms
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical design reviews
- Lead code reviews and mentor intermediate/junior developers
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system observability and resilience
- 10+ years of experience in software development with C#/.NET
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining internet‑facing or public services, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and high availability.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (performance tuning, indexing, query optimization)
- Solid experience with containers and microservices-based systems
- Experience with event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Event Hubs, or similar)
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
