The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive intermediate Project Manager to join our team as a Full-Time Employee (FTE). This is a 100% remote role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a blend of technical curiosity and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate acts as the "glue" between technical execution and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that complex AI and Cloud initiatives move from ideation to go-live without a hitch.

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Support technical project delivery across the full lifecycle, managing timelines, dependencies, and parallel workstreams.
- Multi-Project Management: Simultaneously track multiple projects, maintaining clear priorities and a rigorous delivery discipline.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business units with structured updates and clear reporting.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks; anticipate and raise risks early to ensure project health.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive status reports, including progress tracking and risk logs, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within Agile or hybrid environments to facilitate seamless handoffs between data, AI, and cloud teams.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience, specifically within a tech-focused environment.
- Technical Literacy: Exposure to AI, Data, or Cloud-based projects. Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a significant advantage.
- Methodology: Working knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Tooling: Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel.
- Mindset: A "take-initiative" attitude. You don’t just track tasks; you own the outcome and anticipate the next three steps.
