The opportunity:

This position leads program evaluation data management and analysis to support accreditation, continuous quality improvement, and academic decision-making. It collects, validates, and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources (e.g., rotation evaluations, surveys, ITARs, and field notes), ensuring accuracy, integrity, and operational consistency. The role develops dashboards and standardized reports, including block, bi-block, and longitudinal analyses, and prepares comprehensive meeting packages to inform leadership discussions and action planning. It also conducts compliance audits, maintains centralized data systems, and supports accreditation reporting requirements.


In addition, the role provides workforce and learner tracking insights to inform distributed education planning and retention strategies. It supports curriculum documentation reviews, audits digital content for alignment and accuracy, and works with system stakeholders to streamline data extraction and reporting processes. The position maintains secure data repositories, responds to ad hoc reporting needs, and contributes to ongoing improvements in data governance and evaluation practices.


The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in data analytics, health informatics, statistics, public health, business analytics, or a related discipline required.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or program evaluation.
  • Experience in a university, health system, or academic medical environment preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills are required.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and survey platforms is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets and reporting cycles concurrently is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical judgment is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse academic and administrative stakeholders is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, including managing workload independently, meeting deadlines and collaborating virtually with diverse stakeholders is required.
  • A satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
