The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the reknonwed leader in Facilities management, cleaning, and energy services.
  • We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of new partner/client contracts and support new service launches for existing partners. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver a smooth “go-live” transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
  • 6 months contract
  • Salary: Up to SGD 10k
  • Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous


The Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Several years of hands-on project management experience, with proven delivery of complex projects end-to-end.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance mobilisations, including exposure to hard and soft services programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under tight deadlines.


Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end mobilisation for new partner/client go-lives, ensuring a smooth handover to BAU teams.
  • Manage launch of new services for existing partners when required.
  • Develop and manage project plans including scope, actions, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and governance.
  • Schedule and run project meetings; provide clear updates on progress, risks/issues, timelines, and resourcing needs.
  • Produce weekly mobilisation/status reports for stakeholders
  • Design and implement structured change management plans to support mobilisation and adoption.
  • Identify stakeholders, assess impacts, and drive engagement plans to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Execute clear and timely communication plans to prepare stakeholders for changes.
  • Monitor readiness and adoption; adjust interventions as needed and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
