Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – Local candidates only)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to develop and maintain complex business mobile applications. The developer will work closely with team leads, programmers, analysts, and project managers to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement application features.

This role requires the ability to work under general supervision while exercising initiative and independent judgment in solving technical problems.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience reviewing and interpreting system requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing application layout and functionality

  • 7+ years of experience developing applications using Agile methodologies and adhering to project timelines

  • 7+ years of experience performing developer testing for completed work

  • 5+ years of experience debugging and resolving application issues

  • 5+ years of experience working with .NET, C#, Xamarin, with knowledge of .NET MAUI

  • 5+ years of experience using version control systems such as GitLab

  • 5+ years of experience working in project team environments using Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • 5+ years of experience ensuring applications meet accessibility and industry standards

  • 5+ years of experience maintaining effective working relationships within development teams

  • 5+ years of experience consuming RESTful service endpoints

  • 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries in relational databases

Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • 5+ years of experience communicating clearly verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Work Location & Schedule


Primary Work Location: Austin, Texas
Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite and Telework


  • Telecommuting allowed up to two days per week with manager approval

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

  • Estimated Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

  • Occasional after-hours support may be required

Contract Details
  • Estimated contract duration: Up to 870 hours (~6 months)

  • Contract may be extended based on project needs and funding availability.
