What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader and coach to development teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement process enhancements to boost team productivity
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring the team meets sprint goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 4+ years of industry experience with a solid focus on the US healthcare industry
• 4+ years of experience liaising with product and automation teams to deliver value to business customers
• 4+ years of experience and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams
• Experience in a software development environment
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Identity and Access Management
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops / Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Proven excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
