Role Overview

We are seeking a Blockchain / Web3 Investment Analyst based in the United States to support research, evaluation, and analysis of blockchain projects, decentralized protocols, and digital asset markets. This role focuses on identifying promising Web3 investment opportunities, analyzing token ecosystems, and contributing to data-driven investment strategies across decentralized markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on blockchain networks, digital assets, and decentralized finance protocols.
• Analyze tokenomics models, governance structures, and incentive systems within Web3 ecosystems.
• Evaluate early-stage blockchain ventures and emerging decentralized technologies.
• Develop financial models and investment frameworks to assess risk-adjusted return potential.
• Monitor on-chain metrics including liquidity flows, network activity, and ecosystem growth.
• Prepare investment memos, analytical reports, and market insights for internal decision making.
• Collaborate with research, strategy, and investment teams to refine digital asset investment theses.

Ideal Profile

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and Web3 business models.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial research, market analysis, or investment evaluation.
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret technical and financial indicators to evaluate blockchain projects.
• Strong written communication skills for producing structured research reports.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving digital asset environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related analytical field.
• Experience in venture capital, asset management, hedge funds, or digital asset investment research.
• Understanding of token economics, decentralized governance, and blockchain market dynamics.

Compensation & Structure

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually.
• Remote flexibility within the United States.
